Domestic-Mahogany
The
urn in the "Lexington"
style is crafted of mahogany using
cabinetwork techniques. The
angular style of the rectangle
shape is complimented by some
unique design elements. For
instance, the gracefully curved
top and base as well as the
delicate lines of the corner
pieces harmonize and blend with
the edges and overall profile of
the urn. Each corner piece is
exquisitely shaped on a wood
lathe.

Domestic
& Exotic
The
"Marquette III" series
is crafted of domestic oak,
walnut, maple and burl species and
non-endangered exotic mahogany,
zebrawood and ebony species using
marquetry and cabinetwork
techniques. Marquetry is a
decorative inlaid wood craft that
requires cutting multiple small
pieces of assorted woods and
joining them together into an
intricate pattern.
